  彭新華1998年六月畢業于湖南師范大學。2003年于中科院武漢物理與數學研究所獲得博士學位。
  2003.8-2005.8德國多蒙特得大學,洪堡學者。
  2005.9-2008.3

德國多蒙特得大學,Research fellow。

  2008.4- 現在中國科學技術大學近代物理系,教授、博士生導師。
  2009年獲得中科院百人計劃擇優支持
  2013年獲得中科院“百人計劃”終期評估優秀入選者
  2014年獲得國家杰出青年基金
